6th Grade Poinsettia Fundraiser

Scholastic Book Fair / Grandparents Day 2018

This year’s Scholastic Book Fair for grades K5 thru 8th will be open Monday, October 22, thru Thursday, October 25.  The hours for the Book Fair will be 8am to 4pm Monday thru Wednesday.  On Thursday, October 25, the Book Fair will be open from 8am to 1:30pm for parents and grandparents to attend. WVCEA Teachers Conference / School Closed

There will be NO SCHOOL for students Thursday and Friday, October 4 & 5 as the faculty and staff will be attending the 2018 West Virginia Christian Education Conference in Flatwoods, WV.  School will be dismissed at 3:15pm on WEDNESDAY October 3.  There will be NO classes held October 4 & 5 for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.  In addition, Extended Care

Shelter In Place Drill Thursday September 6 2018

CLCS will be having a Shelter-In-Place DRILL Thursday, September 6, beginning at 9:00am lasting until 9:30am. Building seals cannot be broken. CLCS Moves on to State Math Field Day

Congratulations to Ryan Walker, 5th Grade, for placing 2nd in the Regional Math Field Day competition on Thursday March 15, 2018.  He will move on to complete at the State Math Field Day in April to be held at Marshall University!  Way to go Ryan!!
