No raindrops were in sight on campus but buckets of water poured from above, drenching Miss Witzke and her kindergarteners!
Since her students will have already graduated from kindergarten when elementary field day takes place, Miss Witzke planned an afternoon of water games outside for the almost-first graders. After sponge and water balloon games, Miss Witzke bravely surrendered to a tiny army of water balloon launchers and stood with them underneath a tumbling waterfall.Â
Nine dripping, smiling kindergartners ended their afternoon beneath spring showers from Mrs. Ferrell’s water hose and a class photo poolside with Miss Witzke. Bon Voyage, class of 2034!
