The Class of 2020 has experienced a unique and unexpected senior year! We are proud of their determination and hard work in completing the school year away from campus. We are confident that God has a plan and a purpose for each one of them as their education at CLCS comes to a close. For the next couple of weeks, we would like to highlight one senior each day by sharing with you their plans for the future 

Mikayla Rae Shobe

Mikayla is the daughter of Danny and Lori Shobe of Fraziers Bottom, WV. She attends Winfield Baptist Church in Winfield, WV. She is also wearing a gold cord to show her membership in the American Christian Honor Society. Makayla was the treasurer of the Senior class and a scholar member of the Chick-fila Leadership Academy. She is honored as this year’s Senior class Principal’s Award. Mikayla has also earned the WV Promise Scholarship. She is wearing a gold academic medallion representing a high GPA of 3.8 or higher. After graduation Mikayla plans to attend Alderson Broaddus University and major in Biology.
