2018-2019 Senior Privileges Policy and “Approval Form”
- Approval Form (attached must be read, adhered to, and signed by parent and Senior student and returned to school office prior to start of school)
- All categories on checklist must be signed by the appropriate staff member to verify that all accounts are up to date, all materials have been turned in and all work has been completed for participation in graduation ceremony.
