Thanksgiving Holidays 2019

Cross Lanes Christian School will be CLOSED in observance of the Thanksgiving Holidays on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, November 27, 28, 29. School resumes on Monday December 2 at 8:15am.  No Aftercare Tuesday thru Friday November 26 - 29 2019.

Pumpkin Drop with Elementary Students

The PTF sponsored a pumpkin drop today with elementary students.  This week the students had guest speakers that are engineers that discussed strategies in keeping their pumpkins intact.  Mr. Klennert dropped the pumpkins from 25 feet in the air.  The students were given a pumpkin and a box and they brought in supplies to keep

School-Wide Spelling Bee 2019

The 2019 CLCS School Wide Spelling Bee was held today, Friday November 1. The top 4 BEE winners in grades 4th- 8th participated. Congratulations to our 1st place winner, Isaac Bailey, 8th grade. Isaac will move on to represent CLCS in the Kanawha County BEE at South Charleston High School on Saturday January 25 2020

Kindergarten Delivers Community THANK YOU Baskets

On Tuesday October 21 the Kindergarten Class delivered "Thank You" baskets of "goodies" to our community volunteers organizations.  The K5 class visited the Cross Lanes Volunteer Fire Department.  A picture of the class just finishing praying for the Red Cross Employees and Volunteers.
