“One Night, One Star, One Child” was presented December 5, 2024. Mr. Riley, administrator, welcomed friends, family, CLCS students, faculty, and staff to our 2024 Christmas Concert directed by Sherri Stephens, CLCS music director.
Mrs. Madonna Estep led our handbell choir in a beautiful arrangement of Silent Night. Middle school, high school, and elementary choirs joined together in: “Sing Joy: A Medley of Carols.” The audience stood as the choirs presented an impressive Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus.
The Girls Choir was joined in “Sisters” by a special guest appearance of some of the CLCS female faculty. The CLCS Staff Choir participated in “White Christmas (Reprise).”
Special thanks to accompanists, Pastor Mark Boyd (piano) and Andrew Withrow (guitar), ballerinas, Lily Massey and Kensington McCutcheon, and soloists, Addie Bailey and Kensington McCutcheon. Thank you to all who donated items for the silent auction.
